Beginners Class

Beginners Movement and Mobility explores foundational movement and beginner-friendly yoga asana to nurture your mobility.  

It is designed to work with your range of movement and flexibility through controlled functional stretches to help support your mobility on and off the mat.

In a Beginner Movement and Mobility class, you will be guided through a sequence of positions and stretches for a full body practice paired with your breathing pattern. 

Whether it’s your first time in a yoga class or you’re an experienced yogi - this class is for you. In Beginner Movement and Mobility, you have the space and time to feel into postures and stretches to promote mind/body connection. 

It is an inclusive and accessible class where you can expect suggested adjustments and alignment cues to benefit your posture and practice to prevent injury or degeneration. 

Beginner Movement and Mobility complements other practices and movement-based exercises to ensure you remain injury-free. It can also assist and support healing of pain and injuries and establish movement without limitation or restriction.
