VINYASA YOGA

A dynamic and creative yoga method, where body and breath unite in a moving meditation

which strengthens, detoxifies, and energises the body and mind.

FLOW FREQUENCY

Move your body to the beat with the breath and ignite your inner flame,

 as you reset your mind and energy with a new frequency.  Enjoy the amping

up your heart rate as you flow to this music charged practice.

SLOW FLOW YOGA

Hatha inspired yoga method, to bring focus and alignment of body, breath,

and mind to reduce stress and increase strength mentally and physically.

CORE FUSION

A fusion of pilates and yoga to combine  breath and body awareness with Pilates techniques to strengthen your core, improve posture, and create a strong, stable foundation for movement.

YIN SOUND HEALING

Cozy into our Cottesloe sanctuary, with a warm sound scape, guided mediation

and yin supported poses, to shift your mind, body and soul into a deep relaxation to

reset from the inside out.

DEEP RELEASE

Let your body seep into a candle lit space, with warmth and support to dive deep

into the conscious release of physical connective tissue, while strengthening

the conscious pathways of the mind and breath.

YIN & YANG YOGA

A combination of deeply restorative and rejuvenating long held Yin Yoga, together

with gentle moving mediation that will balance your energy,

calm your nervous system and increase physical and mental resilience. 

MEDITATION

45 min session that will allow you to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state. Meditation increases calmness and physical relaxation, improves psychological balance and enhances overall health and well-being.

TANTRIC HATHA

This very special weekly class led by Stuart Watkins,

will bring together the powerful combination of Hatha Yoga, Nada Yoga,

Jnana Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Bhakti and Tantra, getting right to the essential point of Yoga, and bringing these potent practices into a healthy functionality across all areas of our life.

You will utilise asana, pranayama, satsang, mantra, meditation, intuitive movement, contemplation, stillness to integrate deep weaving of this work /play balance in life.

Please note, previous yoga experience is necessary. This class is not suitable for complete beginners.
 

SPINAL FLOW & MOBILITY

This very special weekly class led by Cam  Watkins, Spinal Flow is a physio-based yoga session

that combines yoga + mindfulness, the Ido Portal method, gymnastics strengthening and Functional Range Conditioning. During the practice, you will be intelligently guided through exercises that connect with the intricacies of the spine in order to flow with fluidity on top of strong, focused movements that will help improve joint strength, control and health.

CONSCIOUS LIVING 

An open style class that will help you get inspired by exploring different yoga philosophies and mediation modalities every week. Each teacher will be sharing their unique style that they are most passionate about while giving you an opportunity to dive deeper into your conscious living journey.
