Celebrate the Summer Solstice with an afternoon of connection, reflection, and new beginnings.

What a year it has been. As we move through a time of significant change and transition at Horizon Yoga, we’re reminded of the strength that lives within us and the magic of having a community to lean on, grow with, and celebrate alongside. This special 90-minute gathering is an invitation to pause, honour how far we’ve come, and open ourselves to the possibilities of a new year.

We’ll begin with a heart-opening Ceremonial Cacao Ritual, creating space to slow down, connect with ourselves and one another, and arrive fully in the present moment.

Through gentle Somatic Healing and embodied reflection, you’ll be invited to tune into your body’s wisdom, reconnect with what you’re feeling, and create space for what’s ready to shift. From this deeper connection, we’ll move into an intuitive 2027 Vision Mapping Journey, exploring not only what you wish to create in the year ahead, but how you want to feel, what you want to invite in, and what you’re ready to let go of. This is not about traditional goal-setting or adding more to your to-do list — it’s about allowing your intentions to emerge from a place of authenticity, alignment, and possibility.

We’ll close with a deeply restorative Sound Healing Immersion, where the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments invite you to rest, receive, and integrate your experience.
