    Cherry is a dynamic force, bringing her background in gymnastics and surfing to the mat. Her strong vinyasa classes are a testament to her dedication to strength, conditioning, and fluidity, with a special emphasis on inversions and smooth transitions.

    Frieda’s intention is to help students to get out of their heads and into their bodies.
