A Somatic Journey to Emotional Safety and Inner Ease with Renata, a qualified Somatic Healer and a yoga teacher
Join us for a heart-led, somatic workshop that invites you to come home to yourself through awareness, grounding, and embodied presence.
In this 2.5-hour experience, you will be guided through a deeply supportive journey combining gentle education and two powerful somatic practices designed to help you understand and soften survival patterns held in the body.
Many of us move through life in subtle states of survival — feeling overwhelmed, emotionally activated, over-responsible, or unable to fully relax into safety. This workshop gently explores why this happens, how it lives in the nervous system, and how it shows up in our relationships, emotions, and daily lives.
Through intentional guidance, reflection, and embodiment practices, you will be supported to begin shifting from internal tension into a felt sense of emotional safety, softness, and inner ease.
What to expect:
This workshop includes gentle somatic education, guided reflection, journaling, and two embodied practices designed to support nervous system regulation and a deeper sense of internal safety.
