Our Recovery Room is a private space, but you can also book a group session for up to six people to enjoy deep recovery and renewal with friends or family—perfect for special occasions, birthdays, or family events.

Our traditional Finnish sauna comfortably fits up to six people, making it the perfect setting for meaningful moments with family or loved ones. Sharing this space turns the experience into quality time—deepening connection, sparking conversation, and making special occasions even more memorable.

Our sauna is set at an optimal 90°F (32 °C)—the ideal temperature for deep muscle relaxation, improved circulation, and detoxification. If you’d like to turn up the heat, simply pour water over the hot coals to create steam and intensify the warmth.

We keep our ice bath at 6°C —a temperature proven to reduce inflammation, speed up muscle recovery, and boost circulation. The jets at each end help break the thermal layer, ensuring an even chill throughout.If needed, we can adjust the temperature up or down to suit your comfort level. For an extra challenge, use the timer to track your endurance.

Yes! One of the best things about our Recovery Room is the freedom to move between heat and cold at your own pace. Sweat it out in the sauna, then cool down in the ice bath for the ultimate contrast therapy experience.
There’s no set rule, but a great way to start is 10-15 minutes in the sauna, 1-3 minutes in the ice bath, then repeat. Listen to your body and adjust as needed.

Just bring your bathing suit, a towel if you wish, and an open mind. We also offer extra towels in case you need one. Cold water is available for refilling your bottle, and at the end of your recovery experience, you'll be offered a warm herbal tea or refreshing lemon water to complete your relaxation.

Yes, we have changing rooms, a cold shower, and toilets available for your convenience before and after your session.
