UNLOCK YOUR FRONT SPLITS (Hanumanasana) with Julia
Join Julia for deep exploration of front splits, AKA Hanumanasana. This 2 hour workshop is designed to help you understand the mechanics behind the posture so that you can progressively build hip mobility, strength and flexibility on your journey to pain free and effortless front splits.
This unique experience weaves together dynamic asana practice with the rich mythology of Hanuman’s legendary leap from the Ramayana, offering
both physical challenge and inspiration.
Julia’s main goal is to educate and to empower you to move safely, with control and to effectively achieve your goal. Whether you are a
beginner or a seasoned yogi this workshop will give you tools to deepen your range of motion, both active and passive, in a safe and
progressive manner. You will be using various yoga props and exploring splits in various plains (seated, supine, standing and of course
inverted).
