SOFTENING THE ARMOUR - FIRE ELEMENT YIN YOGA with Lara, our kinesiologist and yoga teacher

Join Lara for this 75-minute specialised Yin Yoga class exploring the Fire element, which in Chinese medicine governs the Heart, emotional connection, communication, and joy.
Through the Heart, Small Intestine, Pericardium, and Triple Heater meridians, this practice supports emotional balance, circulation, and a deeper sense of inner connection.


Using long-held yin postures, gentle acupressure, and guided reflection, we invite a softening of the subtle armour that can form around the Heart — cultivating self-compassion, emotional regulation, and inner safety.
This is a nourishing practice for anyone feeling emotionally guarded, depleted, or disconnected from their inner warmth.


The session will be guided by Lara, our kinesiologist and yoga teacher, whose trauma-aware and intuitive approach supports the body’s natural ability to restore balance and reconnect with the wisdom of the heart.
