Ready to start yoga but not sure where to begin?
This 4-week Beginner Yoga Course is designed to guide you step-by-step in a supportive, welcoming space. Each Tuesday at 4:30pm, you’ll learn the foundations of yoga—from essential poses and alignment to breathwork and relaxation—so you can feel confident stepping onto the mat.
To deepen your practice and accelerate your progress, you’ll also receive access to 3 additional afternoon classes each week, giving you the opportunity to move, explore, and integrate what you learn each week.
Who is it for?
Perfect for complete beginners, those returning after a break, or anyone wanting to refine their foundations and build a strong, safe practice.
When: Tuesdays, April 21 - May 12
Time: 4:30 - 5:30 pm
Where: Horizon Yoga, 2A Railway St, Cottesloe
Investment: $120 for 4 weeks + 3 extra classes each week
Extra sessions: Monday 4:30 pm - Yin&Yang, Wednesday 4:30 pm - Yin Yoga and Friday - Sound Healing 5 pm
