MOTHER’S DAY YIN PRACTICE (and Inner Child Healing)

A gentle and nurturing 75 min yin yoga class to honour Mother’s Day.
This practice invites you to slow down, soften, and reconnect — whether you are a mother, becoming one, or tending to your own inner child.

Through supported poses and quiet reflection, we explore themes of care, connection, and the importance of receiving as much as we give…
allowing yourself to be held, supported, and nourished from within.

This practice also opens a space for inner child healing — gently reconnecting with the part of you that longs to feel safe, seen, and deeply cared for, and offering that presence to yourself now.

Open to anyone who feels called to slow down, soften, and be held.
