No — this is much more than a regular yoga class. Sunrise Beach Sessions are a well-rounded practice that combines elements of yoga, breathwork, and meditation with fitness, cardio, strength, and core exercises. It’s an incredible, energising way to tone your body, build resilience, and start your day feeling radiant and alive.

Sessions take place directly on the sand in front of the Swanbourne Surf Life Saving Club. Practicing in nature and by the ocean adds a unique grounding and rejuvenating element to each session.

Our Sunrise Beach Sessions are a special seasonal offering, so standard studio memberships and class passes do not apply.

We highly recommend joining the full nine-session program to experience the full benefits and transformation. However, if you’d like to attend a single class, there is an option for a casual drop-in ($30). Please email us at connect@horizonyoga.com.au to find out more.

Bring a yoga mat or, even better, a towel — it’s easier to use on the sand and water bottle. Wear layered clothing as mornings can be cool, and don’t forget your bathers if you’d like to join the optional post-session dip in the ocean!

Not at all. Our amazing teachers will guide and adapt each session to suit all levels, offering plenty of options so everyone feels comfortable and supported.

No — we’ll also be running Sunrise Beach Sessions in December and January, and likely in February and March too. Each intake offers a fresh opportunity to stay active, grounded, and connected over summer.
